Touchbase to Start the Grind - My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2024
I have already forgotten what day of the week it is given the long list of things I need to get done during the time off from work. However, I started the weekday focused on getting to the gym to meet my trainer for a touchbase. I was telling them that these next two weeks I intend to grind to level up on some gains and he moved me through some workouts to consider in the coming weeks. It was not as intense as out previous program but I enjoyed the mobility movements added to help in my progress.
I went on with my day and continued with some errands to get the list started. It also helped me complete the activity needed to get past my daily goal. I had some trouble getting the right diet in so had to supplement with some protein before bed but know it is important considering the amount of strength training I have been doing as of late. I am feeling good but this is just getting started so still taking proper steps.
