Movie and Rest - My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2024

Today was a good rest day which I was looking forward to get the vacation started. I still went to the gym for a quick stretch to get to the Spa for some more recovery. Spent time getting some good detox with sweat which was what I wanted to achieve for the visit. I ended early so had a good meal before meeting the family at the movies for some time together.

The weather was great so we found ourselves walking outside for a bit afterwards which I didn’t mind as it got me some activity to get for the day. We were back home before the Sun went down so I got some rest and relaxation afterwards as well. It was basically uneventful but peaceful which is what I wanted for the week ahead given the to do list I have.
