Extending the Session - My Actifit Report Card: November 21 2024
I felt surprisingly strong this morning after my coffee and since it had been a while I went for a jog, I got on the treadmill for a run where I targeted adding pace every 5 minutes. I started with a half hour target but since I was feeling good, I decided early to extending by five minutes. Since I was adding pace, I realized how close I would be to a 5K so decided to complete one by extending a bit more.
Had a cooldown walk afterwards but it did impact my ability to stay for my core training session as I had to get my workday started. It was a busy day so I did not get to get my core training until I got home before having Dinner. Feeling good about fitness levels as I still feel progression. Looking forward to what it will bring as time passes.
