Interval Session at Hotel - My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2024
Was up early despite having to sacrifice sleep as another busy day was ahead. I had back to back meetings on my schedule so knew I had to get my activity early today to look forward to rest tonight. Got to the gym and went straight to the treadmill for some speed intervals. I was feeling some tightness on the lower body given my workout yesterday but after a stretch and the warmup process, I was ready to go.
I went for 45 minutes with a slight cooldown before heading to the mat for some core training as I had time. I rewarded myself with a great breakfast which surely got me a good piece of the protein I strived for to start the day. It was a good idea for the early start as I was stuck sitting for most of the day until I got to stretch my legs with a walk to dinner in the evening. This helped completed the needed activity for my daily goal.
