Before the Burn - My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2024

It was not as bad of a day than I expected after the past week has been pretty awful given the workload. This was good today as I signed up for an early class at the gym today to celebrate achieving the 30 day goal of routines from my trainer. I will have to improvise for a couple of days as I have some travel ahead but I feel well disciplined to know what I have to do. Will probably focus on muscle groups for now but we will see what AI and I come up with.

Was a bit nervous going to the class today given the challenges of the week and not feeling in the roght mindset before today. However, I got to the gym early and walked a bit before to stretch and warm up. By the time the class started I was ready to go. My body may need a good night’s rest but will not get it this weekend given some commitments so hopefully I will get some naps in between. Just happy to see the weekend here.

    Wow! You really stacked up the amount of activities in this post. I'm just lucky I get my steps in working and walking around NYC, but I'm not lifting much of anything. AI would whip my butt!
