Counting Down - My Actifit Report Card: October 28 2024
I find myself counting down the end to my first trainer provided workout plan. I think I have progressed well despite my early doubts around the full body workout approach. I am thinking it is more of a way to get the body used to the routine of strength training three times a week. It has been great to be purposeful around strength training as a good start to my new approach for attacking my fitness levels to the next step.
Today I was in the gym early to avoid a potential interruption in the afternoon given that work is still quite intense. It was a good sweat which helped me gather good energy for the rest of the work day. I increased the weights again to push dor the last couple of days of these full body workout sessions. I also started and ended with the some time on the treadmill which was great for the daily goal.
