Escalating Intervals - My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2024
There was no chance to get in an early workout today as the workday started early with key deliverables due. However, shortly after time became available to get to the local gym for a workout. Today was cardio day and since I continue to feel strong, I pushed a bit to do some speed intervals with jogging and sprinting instead of walking. I also added some incline to get a bit more intensity.
I was surprised again that I ended feeling pretty good. I extended the cooldown walk on treadmill for 30 minutes to stretch my legs a bit. I had to sacrifice time for core training early but I did get to the may at home in the afternoon to complete my plans for the day. Crazy will end week but should be light at the end of the tunnel now.
