Delayed but Strong Start - My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2024
Being Monday, I was in a world of meetings to start the work week. This did not allow me to even try to adjust to an early workout. The issue is that I am finding myself spending more time working out which is great for the overall goal but tough when it gets busy as it currently is in my life. However, I did find some time in the afternoon to head to the gym for a workout.
I am currently almost halfway through my first 30 day plan from the trainer and already feeling good about where I am. I am increasing weight a bit as my recovery so far has been pretty good. I do need to get some sleep as this weekend I went below my daily target on that which has me feeling a bit tired. Long week ahead but having a strong start like today helps for momentum.
