A Little Bit of Everything - My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2024
Despite the latest night at the Theme Park, I was up early to get ready and hit the road as the week ahead is another busy one. As the family was taking a bit to get ready, I decided to head to the hotel gym to use the mats and equipment for a quick core training session. The walk to and from was a good stretch and warmup. By the time I got back, we were ready to pack the truck and hit the road.
After a quick stop for food and a charge, we hit the road which was smooth all the way which was great. The bugs got the best of the truck’s hood so as soon as I got home I washed the truck although it was not my preference. I also had so much to catch up on that I probably didn’t do the best job but got it done. I realized I still need some activity for the day so went with my somewhat wet clothes for a short walk to finalize everything outdoor. Didn’t get to rest until the night but enjoyed some football while I relaxed.

lol, it was not a pretty sight! by the time I went out to clean them, ants were having a feast!
