Ending the Work Week Strong - My Actifit Report Card: September 27 2024
After a long week of work which included travel and unexpected pivots, it is finally the weekend! But before it was done, there was still plenty of work to do at the office. After back to back meetings most of the day, I headed home for an early meal and caught on some last minute items at home before getting dressed for a late visit to the gym.
Loving to have the gym available late in case I miss a planned workout due to weather or just life in general. I feel that I am slowly getting the motivation to push more and achieve some progress. Work on the lower body with weight between some moderate walking on the treadmill. Got hone for a good shower and some time with the family.
