Early Checkmark - My Actifit Report Card: September 16 2024
I decided to start the week ahead so went to the gym at lunchtime to get in a weight training session since I missed one last week. Even though I did plenty of lifting over the weekend as I did chores, I wanted to focus on the upper body. I started and ended with a walk on the treadmill too so got me well ahead of my needs by the time I had my lunch.
It was busy in the afternoon as well given my schedule which made me feel better about getting the workout in on time. I still needed to get some pacing done in the evening but it wasn’t much more than my usual activity getting home after work. Things are about to become more busy so will be interesting to see how I can keep on top of my fitness.
