Clean Up - My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2024

The chores continued today as we got up early to cleaned up the materials around the house so that we could take to the dumpster. We attacked it early as rain was forecasted for the afternoon as is usual this time of year. It was a good workout to get some lifting in both at home and the dumpster.

As I returned home, I realized it was still early. Since I was pretty much warmed up, I decided to get the headphones and just go directly for a walk around the neighborhood. It was well timed as it started to rain as I got back (and realized I forgot about 4 bags for the dumpster). Plenty off the checklist this weekend as life remains busy.
