Out of Time and Energy - My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2024
I knew today would be rough as the day was full of meetings. I looked to take advantage of some extra time between some meetings but never had enough to get to the gym. I tried to pace between meetings to get some activity in but it was not enough to get close for an extra workout in the evening to complete the goal. These are the days that I miss my treadmill the most as I did not really have the energy to get home and head for a walk or anything.
The workout mat was another option I contemplated but it was the lack of energy after a long day of meetings and the fact that I had to eat first that didn’t help me achieve anything today. I guess it will fall under a rest day but I will now need to focus on some catch up in the coming days. More drastic ideas will be needed to get me the results I need to get much needed progress.
