Pace vs Rain - My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2024
It was pretty dark this morning due to the clouds overhead given the overnight showers. While the radar showed no rain when I was about to step out, I got some light showers as I started my run. It influenced my pace which I knew would be a test for my endurance given the struggles I continue to have because of my weight.
I pushed through and continued to hear the lightning and started to get alerts about the incoming weather. It was helpful to keep my pace up until the end was in sight as I needed a stop. I was able to get the route done with a good pace but the impact lingered for most of the morning. However, I think it is a good sign for me to get back into condition for more pace.
