Starting Slow for a Busy Week - My Actifit Report Card: August 26 2024
After a weekend without any workouts, I knew I had to get a better start today to keep the activity going and getting back on track in terms of my daily goal. The weather was not really bad so I went for a walk early this morning as I had the time available. The workday was slower than I expected so I had time to continue a number of things I started in the weekend which I could not finalize.
Given the amount of things I have this week, the challenge will remain finding time to get my activity up; particularly formal workouts. However, I am focused on staying active and not just sitting at my desk all day getting things done. I am hopeful that the worst of the diet transition is behind me as well which could get me the energy and motivation to push more and get better progress done.
