Wet Weekend - My Actifit Report Card: August 25 2024

As expected, the weekend was busy with plenty of commitments with family and friends this weekend in addition to some meetings on some personal endeavors. The weather did not cooperate so travel between places was much slower than I expected. Once we had to stop for food, all bets were off with what time was left for free time.

I could not get a walk in yesterday or today although the stops for shopping today helped with my activity. Not enough to reach my daily goal but I tried to get more paces in the evening. I opted to focus on rest and preparing for the week ahead as it is very busy across all aspects of my life which will be challenging. The weekend was surely a blur for me.
