Walking into a Busy Weekend - My Actifit Report Card: August 23 2024
My body is a bit tired as I approach a busy weekend so I took it easy and went for a walk in the morning. It wasn’t as early as usual as I had time on my calendar at work so it was a little hotter than usual as the Sun was out and about. It gave me a good sweat despite the slow pace as I heard some podcasts along the way.
The weekend will be busy with me needing to handle some items around my “side gigs” which are becoming increasingly important as I approach some key decision points on some of them. I find myself navigating my time carefully among many things which is not the best for my commitment to my fitness and health but I have been able to stay true to my diet which is probably the critical action at the moment.
