Busy Saturday with Family - My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2024
The list of things to do with family was long as the Summer is mostly over and given the amount of travel we had, there were a number of things accumulating over time to get done both at home and outside. We started the day going out for some shopping as we needed to get some things for the house and for school as it is underway and a couple of news things were needed.
The walk around the mall was pretty extensive so that helped with the activity but the sweat came once we returned home and some chores had to get done. Before even starting with the Pool, I had to get some space in the garage so had to cut some cardboard for recycling next week. Given the heat, it was easy to sweat today and the chores and errands helped to get past the daily goal without a formal workout.
