Incoming - My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2024

Another busy day at work but had time before it started to go for a walk but that idea was interrupted by heavy rain early this morning. I had to head to work instead but I decided to get some work done early to potentially get some time in the afternoon to go outside. The time came right after my last meeting as the Sun was still out although covered by clouds.

Had a great walk on the beach which was a workout in itself due to the sand. My calves were burning at the end which coincided with another heavy rainfall. Although I was close, the rain was so sudden and hard that I was just as wet as the day before when I jumped into the beach for a late dip. It has been an usual week but pretty good to change the routine although challenging.
