Everyone Out - My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2024
Today was an interesting day as the heat was not felt very much around noon despite the Sun being out in the open. I think the Ocean breeze help quite a bit and while I thought it would be a struggle to complete because I warmed up with some house chores before leaving, I was surprised on how many others did the same.
Many families were out with their dogs and enjoying the Summer day as the time for school kids starts to wind down. It was still hot so I stopped and enjoyed a sugar filled refreshment half way through. It got me energized to go some extra paths before heading home. It was good as I got home almost at my daily goal which made the rest of the afternoon relaxing.
