Wild Stroll - My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2024
Was out for a walk early today as the work day was scheduled to be busy. I found myself dodging wild animals for the first part of the walk as it seems that they had the same idea as me given that the Sun was not yet out and burning. It got hotter as I went along but arrived back home before it was unbearable.
I had some chances between meetings to pace a bit in addition to getting some chores done at lunch time. I then went for Dinner after work was done which got me most of what I needed for the daily goal when I was ready to get rest in the evening. The heat outside is crazy and Summer is still somewhat beginning in terms of weather.
