Making it Work - My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2024

Things didn’t go as planned today as I had to take care of my child today as it seems like she caught something. That delayed my morning as I had to wait until she was up to decide on what to do. By the time she did, it was too hot to go for a run which was my first plan.

I found some time late afternoon to do something but did not want to go far so I started to walk around the family properties in the area. It was full of hills and steps and I did get some stares wondering what I was doing but it got me some good activity. Not enough to get to my goal but I continued to pace after a fast food dinner to achieve the goal.
