Staying Dry Indoor - My Actifit Report Card: June 22 2024
Forgot to set my alarm the night before so did not get up on time for an early workout as I wanted before a full day at Sea. However, it was cold and wet so not much to do outside in between events. After a couple of events with the family, I escaped to the gym for a workout.
I did another 35 minute jog at an easy pace but was able to increase it over time. By the end I saw I was close to a 5K in distance so walked at a good pace as a cooldown to accomplish the distance. Despite the extra weight I know I have I am feeling good about my stamina at the moment. It will be key to get back on track in a couple of days as we get back home.
