Cool Hike - My Actifit Report Card: June 21 2024

Another stop today which we had a cool tour as we ended at a Glacier for a hike. It wasn’t before we got on a boat to do some whale watching. It was not as cold as I thought so got a good sweat in the end which was good as I have focused on family this vacation with very little workouts.

Tomorrow may be different as it will be a sea day and I need to keep the body up to speed with some pushing. This is especially true given the amount of bad choices I have been making with my diet. I think it will take a while to get back up to speed with progress as usual when I cheat so often.
