Improving Slowly - My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2024
I finally got a better night’s sleep as it seems the worst is behind for me which is good timing given that the next leg of our trip begins soon. I was going to go for a run this morning but the family wanted to go as well so I opted for a good walk. It was a bit hotter than the past week so got a good sweat in as well.
My chest is doing better so I think I am ready to start adding some more intensity but it will be dependent on the time and resource availability given that I am traveling. Better options will be available in the next leg so it will be a good chance for a stronger rebound. Meanwhile, the diet of lack thereof will be the main challenge.
