Guilty Running - My Actifit Report Card: May 20 2024
I have not admitted yet how bad my diet was over the last week due to the travel and all the events going on around me. That is never an excuse but now I start to deal with the consequences. It started this morning as I pushed for a run on the treadmill and could feel the weight on my legs as my calves were burning.
I guess it was punishment from the horrible eating these last couple of days but I started with a fast today to recover and detox a bit. It will take a couple of days to get back to normal (and probably some stomach suffering) but it is needed to ensure that overall progress continues in the right direction. Good to bounce back!
