Rebound from Rest Day - My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2024

I was committed to starting out strong after I decided that my rest day would be yesterday. It really went well as I did not have to work so I just relaxed with the family most of the day. I also got some reading and errands done in the afternoon while I enjoyed the playoff games.

I was a bit tired this morning but that is usual when I get good rest. After my coffee andgetting through my emails, I got on the treadmill for a workout. I did 35 minutes with a long cooldown afterwards which really got me well advanced for the day. The rest was easy from there!
