Sunday Intervals - My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2023

I was really tired this morning which led to a lack of motivation to get a workout but I pushed forward after my coffee as I wanted to get some rest later in the day. I got on the treadmill and went for some speed intervals. I was going to keep it short but decided to extend a bit for a good start to the day.

After a shower got to do rest but also got some more chores and research done in the afternoon. Also went for a drive as I forgot today there was a Pokemon Go event. Not much luck but happy it got some more activity done towards my daily goal. Another busy week ahead but getting better.
