Catching the Shinies - My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2023

Got some sleep overnight which I need to rest the mind and body so it was a slow start to the morning. I opted to take it a bit easy today but also felt like the weather warranted a chance for a stroll. I was reminded that it was Pokemon Go Community Day so waited for its start to head for a walk.

I took a long route to enjoy the fresh air while catching Pokemon. Found shinies along the way which made everything sync together quite efficiently. Got back still with time to relax and prepare mentally for another exhausting week ahead. Trying to keep my focus to be consistent and prioritize in any way that I could.
