Interval 5K - My Actifit Report Card: June 2 2023
The rain caught me off guard this morning as the plan was to have a good walk for lunchtime after a morning of meetings. I stepped outside into the wet day and had to turn around just to get back to work. My only chance was to get done early to get to my treadmill after work.
After getting home, I finally made it to the treadmill and was surprised that I had some energy to push sone intensity. I decided to go for intervals with a slight cooldown in the end. The sweat was just as intense so good achievement to end the week. Definitely secured my daily goal right after that so good way to go into the weekend.
