Tried to Relax - My Actifit Report Card: April 23 2023

I tried to relax today but there were a couple of things already planned today so could not really do so. Also had to work on some pending work tasks as the busy season is not over yet so that also took some time.

While I thought I would end on the treadmill at some point today to get my activity, I got an invite for a stroll outside which was great. The heat was not too bad as we found ourselves near the coast with some good breeze. It was not a long one so the pacing was still somewhat short.
