No Place Like Home - My Actifit Report Card: April 22 2023

Another busy day with everything around me but at least I have gotten back home. Since I was in early and the weather was pretty good, I went for an early run and was able to convert it into a full 5K which I didn’t target.

I struggled a bit afterwards but had to get work and errands done throughout the day so kept busy. The activity got me well past my goal for the day so was good given thr early cardio done. Not sure about tomorrow as I think my body and mind are quite tired given the week.
