Penalty for being Late - My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2023

I had a late start today as I stayed up playing some video games which has not been usual these days. Despite my idea of an early start to get out before the heat, I ended waking up late and joining the family for breakfast.

This pushed my workout to early afternoon which I was hesitant given the hot weather. I paid the penalty as I struggled for the last half mile as the heat was getting to me. It got me weak for a couple of hours but I was happy to finish the weekend strong with another 5K today.
