Shopping Season Starts - My Actifit Report Card: November 19 2022
I had to get out and far from the house today as the week was brutal. Ended going shopping with the family with some meals to enjoy together. That meant no workout but plenty of walking. Not bad to reach the goal and enjoy the day at the same time.
I was naughty and enjoyed food outside my diet so will likely come back to me unfortunately but I felt the Holidays are starting and better to enjoy than overthink things. Ending the year with a bang!
