Starting Strong - My Actifit Report Card: October 24 2022

I started the week strong as it seems like things are looking to slow down finally. I was able to get out for a jog as the weather remains pretty good. It was later than usual and since I have my race this week, I did not push for a full 5K to ensure I did not strain my body which is still recovering.

It was a good start to the week as my activity was well above my daily goal today. I will be looking to continue the streak all this week as I have to make up for the week month I have had so far in October. I need to end the year strong!
