Gym Intervals - My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2022
The original idea for my workout today was to go out for a run but given my recent struggles with the heat and my body after my workouts outside made me hesitate. So I decided to go to the gym a do some intervals for an extended period with a cooldown. Felt good even though I was in a rush to get to a meeting.
The push got me well ahead for my daily goal so I finally had a day that I could mostly relax once I finished the workday. Trying to see how to pick things up as I feel that I fell behind every since my travel and breaking my diet.
