Divided - My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2022

I was divided today as most of the day was spent shopping and continued house chores as we continue to unpack and move things around. I wanted to relax a bit given the week ahead at work but felt that I needed to get a workout in.

We took a dip in the pool today as I had promised to be in for a bit for the first time. It was good to relax but still had my thought of a workout in mind. Decided to get on the treadmill for a walk before dinner as I still needed my activity done for the daily goal.
