Sweat it Out - My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2022
Still feeling under the weather during the start of another busy week. While I was able to accomplish plenty in the morning, there remains key issues that are delaying so many important things that have to be done to get over it all. Adding to my health, the stress does not help at all.
At least I was able to escape for some fresh air before lunch for a brief walk. I feel that the sweat given the hot day could help me get whatever is in my system out. Hopefully, the recovery starts today!

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation.
