Friday Fitness - My Actifit Report Card: September 24 2021

Had an early start today despite not having much of a busy day as we head into the weekend. I got on the treadmill for a long moderate walk for a good start. It made the rest of the day pretty relaxed to get past the goal which was easy.

Took the family out for dinner as it was overdue which led to some shopping which will probably continue this weekend with some surpises. Eventful day in the ecosystem as many exciting things keep coming!
