We did a bit of shopping after our morning parkrun event. There was a sale on at one of our discount outlet shopping centres. We were looking for running shoes and boy there was a lot of choice but even with the sale it was still too expensive.

There were no shoes for us, but we got a nice cold coffee to help with the afternoon house and yard chores.

    !INDEED. So much out there is cheaply made. The amount of glue used on shoes when they should be stitched is crazy.
