Record numbers for the Wishart parkrun.

I was happy enough with my time, but it took a while to get my heart rate unto zone 4. Maybe I need to warm up a bit harder and or longer.

My cadence chart is nice and green, but it is only my harder runs when I get get it there.

Another parkrun done to help build a solid activity count for the day.

Your heart rate seems much higher than normal, what is your heart rate when you are sitting relaxed? The more you work, the better your heart rate should be.
