My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2025

happy my cadence was mostly in the green. It's interesting that as I get tired near the end, my turnover slows.

I was aiming for all in zone 4, just getting straight my threshold and see if I could hold it the whole way.

My heart slowing built the while time without going into max too much. My gps watch was a bit short of the 5km, so I jogged a bit more at the end to get it to match the official distance.

I did a 1 kilometre zone 2 jog afterwards as well.

    Hmmm, I also wonder how fast you could do a flatish parkrun in running within your zone 2... But I can't see you "giving up" your fast run to find out! !LOL
