My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2025

Looks like the wallabies in the nature reserve were not that happy to see us back from holidays and in our normal routine. At least we give them a bit of exercise as they take off as soon as they see us.

I was able to maintain a fairly good activity count while we were away, but I missed a lot of strength training without my home gym set up.

I will just have to ease back into over the next few days. This activity count was a morning indoor warm-up on the bike, an easy jog before getting stuck back into some home renovations and the afternoon stroll.

Kangaroos are the wealth of your country, do people eat them? I like their behavior very much. There is nothing to say about your steps because you are always very high.

We only have wallabies near us a small Kangaroos. People do eat kangaroo but it is not normal, I believe it is more a tourist thing in Central Australia.
