The afternoon sun lighting up the nature reserve exit gate. I thought I had a pretty big exercise day, but the cycling, jogging, and weight training were all pretty short.

I visited my mum and sister for lunch before our regular afternoon stroll in bush.

Not much wildlife to be see in the nature reserve, but I did see a pretty grown-up family of wild ducks on the neighbourhood streets.
