My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2024

Another photo of me walking parkrun on the weekend. I did not even know this one was taken. Sometimes, it takes a while for the volunteers to up load all their photos.

Mount Cotton on the way to visit mum for lunch. It's not very high, but lots of our friends hike it to get some elevation training into their legs.

Taking the West Mount cottom road is a bit of a detour for us but it's nice to get off the main roads and feel like your in the country even of its only for a few kilometres.
