My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2024

My hamstring has been feeling a bit tight, so I got the bike out and ventured a bit future down local creek. There is a bike path most of the way.


One of the bridges was super low, luckily ai had my helmet on.


There was lots of different wildlife along the creek.


My favorite was the water dragon half in the water. The rest of the day was house and yard chores.
