My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2024

Another red sky sunrise but no rain throughout the day. I have been spending a bit of time at my son place and helping with some yardwork, mainly pruning and cutting back some trees. He has been working long hours, and he and his partner have a brand new baby, so I am trying to help out where I can.

My son is working on another car, he loves buying them and doing they up. I used to help when he was living at home. Now some of his mates just come over in the evening and they upgrade and modify big old 4wds vechicles.

Other than the yard work, I still did a morning run and an afternoon stroll in the nature reserve.
