I haven't been in the garden for a while, so once we had unpacked and sorted stuff away from our last weekends trip away. I tried to get a few things done outside. A pumpkin and some spring onions had grown pretty well, and the paws might be ready soon, too

Fitness wise, it was just an easy morning run and the afternoon stroll in the nature reserve.
