My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2024

Being able to take some more leave from work means I can do my morning run in the daylight, which is especially nice as winter is coming.

I ran and walked the same course as well did a short strength training session.

A bearded dragon lizard was sunning itself in the afternoon sun and some new mushrooms popping up in the local nature reserve.
