My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2024

My 430th parkrun. They have a pretty good playground and tile mosaic artwork at Capalaba.
There was a crowd of 184 runners and walkers. I was lucky to finish first in my age group even though I was 5 minutes off my personal best for that course.
Many people do not like the Capalaba course, but it is one of my favourites. It starts with a 1 kilometre loop around the lake, and then it is an out and back to the southern end of the park and then another out and back to the northern end of the park. Sounds confusing, but it is easy, and there are plenty of other runners and walkers to follow.
Other than the run, it was just house and yard chores to make up this activity count.
